Yes and reference checks other than their friends and
family.

Yes, Loved ones need to understand that the family members
work, but would love to be with them and just can't;
therefore we provide that companion care with special
touches to make their day more pleasant.
4. What are your rates?
Here at Home Loving, Judy Boggs and Betty Little (geriatric
specialist) works with each family on an individual
bases to understand your loved ones needs and rates
are determined at the assessment.
5. What happens if a caregiver is sick?
Each loved one is assigned a lead caregiver and a back
up for emergency needs.
6. What are the services you provide?
It depends on the loved one and their needs, but the
basic services are, companion care, errands, doctor
appointments, meal preparation, monitor medications,
light housekeeping, assist with grooming and baths,
exercise, and grocery shopping.
7. Where are you located?
The office is Kernersville, NC which has a toll free
number (866-455-1600 and local number 336-993-1600),
since we service Winston Salem, High Point, Kernersville,
Burlington, Graham, Mebane, Hillsborough, Lexington,
Greensboro, and surrounding areas.
8. What if we are on vacation or we are taking the loved
one to the doctor and need to change the schedule?
Just give us a notice and we are flexible.
9. How soon can your company provide services?
After we complete the assessment and match the caregiver
and select the days and hours that you need, then service
will be ready as soon as your family notifies us.
10. How is the caregiver paid?
Each caregiver is an employee of Home Loving; therefore,
we handle all of the billing, taxes, insurance and administrative
responsibilities for the family.

and compassion.
Yes, we do light housekeeping, but we are very different
